ISO-CFTM and ISO-CF/HTTM are Dyplast's core foam products within its polyisocyanurate line of products. Polyisocyanurate (polyiso or PIR) is a modified polyurethane, achieving improved physical properties such as strength and dimensional stability. Dyplast produces ISO-CF as continuous foam bunstock with the ability to custom the size - - which we then cut into custom thicknesses, widths, and lengths (for example, 24-foot panels or blocks) or shapes to very high tolerances. Dyplast utilizes a variety of CAD-based cutting and shaping equipment, controlled by highly trained technicians to fabricate customized single or mass-produced shapes and special parts. Contact us at 800-433-5551 or log on to our website to present your requirements.
ISO-CF is listed with Factory Mutual (FM) as a Specification Tested Identified Component - Combustible Core for Insulated Building Panels under FM 4880. The physical properties of our ISO-CF line of products are independently tested and audited.
ISO-CF polyiso insulation is the superior insulation for temperatures ranging from -297°F to +300°F (-183°C to +149°C):
We invite you to review our Technical Bulletins that simplify the issues faced when selecting an insulant, and offer comparisons between Dyplast's polyisocyanurate and cellular glass, extruded polystyrene (XPS), aerogels, elastomerics, fiberglass, and more.
ISO-CF/HT polyiso is specifically tailored for higher temperatures - - up to 350°F (177°C) continuous and 375°F (191°C) intermittent.
Dyplast has been in insulation manufacturing business for over fifty years! We invite you to visit our modern facility in Miami, or take our on-line virtual tour.
